Built in Minneapolis, for independent retailers
We started Replengrove in 2024 because independent multi-store retailers were stuck between enterprise software built for Whole Foods and spreadsheets built for one location. Neither worked.
Why multi-store retailers specifically
Single-store inventory is hard enough. But add a second, third, or tenth location, and the problem multiplies: each store has its own demand patterns, its own seasonal mix, its own pace. Aggregating across all of them masks everything that matters.
Enterprise replenishment tools were built for distribution centers and 100-person buying teams. Independent retailers couldn't justify the cost or the complexity. The spreadsheet filled the gap, but it requires a person who knows every location's quirks and manually updates it every week.
Replengrove exists to bring store-level demand intelligence to chains that can't afford a dedicated data analyst, a demand planner, or a six-figure software contract.
The people building Replengrove
Samuel leads product direction and customer development at Replengrove. He focuses on building tools that match how independent retailers actually work, not how enterprise software assumes they do.
Priya leads the technical architecture of the demand forecasting engine and POS integration layer. She is focused on building a system that is accurate on sparse data, not just large datasets.
Owen works directly with every Replengrove customer through onboarding and ongoing use. He tracks what buyers actually do with the system and feeds that back into product direction.
How we think about building software
Truth before comfort
A replenishment tool that tells you what you want to hear isn't useful. We show you where you're likely to stock out, even if the answer is uncomfortable.
Buyers stay in control
Automation handles the calculation. The buyer handles the decision. We generate drafts, not mandates. Every order is reviewable and editable before it goes anywhere.
Independent-first
We build for the 6-location grocery chain, not for the regional distributor. That means pricing, complexity, and feature decisions that fit what an independent retailer actually needs.
We're building Replengrove with early customers
If you run a multi-store retail operation and want to shape what this product becomes, we want to hear from you.
